Job Description

Overall Job Responsibility:

  1. To assist our Remedium Partners with finding excellent clinicians and healthcare workers to staff their business.
  2. Attract candidates, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions.
  3. Create recruiting strategies and build relationships.
  4. Building and growing your own team.
  5. Maintain personal billing target.

MAIN DUTIES:

  1. Effective client management, including vacancy identification and correspondence.
  2. Develop a solid understanding of the public healthcare sector, including the NHS.
  3. Work towards consistently meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  4. Sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking.
  5. Lead client and candidate attraction events.
  6. Use social media to attract clients and candidates and build relationships.
  7. Manage interviews and client expectations effectively.
  8. Conduct visits to clients on site to nurture relationships and gain understanding of needs.
  9. Negotiate salary and package between client and candidate.
  10. Comprehensive knowledge of Operational Excellence (Headhunting, Turn around, Candidate upkeep, Job hunting and Job servicing techniques).
  11. Actively championing the Remedium Values.
  12. Fewer than 8% withdrawals.
  13. Expert knowledge of market.
  14. In conjunction with HR, interview prospective new team members.
  15. Complete the Company's personal development review as required - both personally and with each team member.
  16. Liaise with HR to appropriately manage under-performance and create personal improvement plans as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Evidence of a solid sales or recruitment track record.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • The ability to gain client confidence and be persuasive, persistent, and patient in their dealings.
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
