The Opportunity:
Step into the role of Senior Recruiter and become a trusted, strategic advisor, playing a pivotal role in shaping the talent landscape for your stakeholders. Your expertise will guide end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives while providing invaluable market insights and best practices. As part of the UK&I Experience Hired recruitment team, you'll lead high-impact recruitment projects and drive continuous innovation across the recruitment process. Your Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers to craft and execute a dynamic recruitment strategy tailored to their needs. You'll not only lead recruitment activities but also be a champion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), ensuring compliance and delivering reports that drive informed decision-making.

Key Skills for Success:

  • Strategic Recruitment Leadership: You'll craft and drive recruitment strategies, leveraging deep knowledge of sourcing methods and market trends to exceed hiring targets.
  • Direct Sourcing Expertise: You'll focus on minimizing agency reliance by building talent pools and optimizing internal recruitment channels.
  • Market Intelligence: Apply your understanding of industry trends and competitive insights to inform sourcing strategies and provide proactive solutions to the business.
  • Agile Problem-Solving: You'll quickly adapt to shifting business needs, offering innovative solutions to hiring challenges, always staying ahead of market dynamics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong, influential relationships across Tax and act as a recruitment consultant to senior leaders.
  • Excellence in Compliance & Reporting: Drive performance through clear recruitment metrics, ensuring quality standards and compliance are consistently met.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven ability to manage specialized roles, using data-driven methods to optimize the hiring process.
  • The credibility to influence recruitment strategies, focusing on metrics like cost per hire, DE&I impact, and sourcing channel efficiency.
  • Solid experience with direct sourcing techniques, including headhunting, job boards, and referral programs, ensuring a diversified candidate pipeline.
  • Expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment for key business areas, using data to inform decisions and provide management insights.
  • A track record of supporting and developing high-performing recruitment teams, contributing to a positive, results-driven culture.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills, with the flexibility to pivot in response to changing business needs.
  • A well-developed professional network and a knack for uncovering market insights.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders when needed while maintaining integrity and enthusiasm.
  • A strategic mindset with leadership capabilities and resilience to navigate the complexities of recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
