The Role

At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter who thrives in complex recruitment environments, enjoys building trusted relationships with stakeholders, and is motivated by delivering meaningful hiring outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with hiring managers across the Israel market, leading end-to-end recruitment for highly specialised, security-sensitive roles. Working with niche talent pools, you'll combine market intelligence, proactive sourcing, and consultative stakeholder management to identify and engage exceptional candidates for positions supporting critical business operations.

You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding recruitment experience while ensuring vacancies are filled in line with agreed service levels, quality standards, and hiring timelines. Beyond managing recruitment processes, you'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, shaping recruitment strategies, and helping drive best-practice hiring across a portfolio of complex and business-critical roles.

While not essential, knowledge of Hebrew would be a significant advantage, helping you build stronger relationships with candidates and stakeholders across the Israel market.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and identify the skills, capabilities, and potential required for each opportunity.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging diverse talent through multiple channels, building high-quality talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs.
  • Advising Hiring Managers on market insights, talent availability, and best practices to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate and Hiring Manager experience through clear, timely, and proactive communication.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and producing timely management information to support hiring decisions and reporting.
  • Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives while ensuring a high standard of quality throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within a complex, fast-paced, or highly regulated environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Either professional proficiency in Hebrew or previous experience recruiting for security-cleared or security-sensitive roles is required.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, and colleagues.
  • A strategic mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proven experience using a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising, and talent database searches.
