The Role

Our role is your opportunity to join a global leader in pharmaceutical wholesale, distribution, and research services - an organisation formed through the merger of two long-established industry leaders and recently rebranded to reflect its modern, forward-looking vision.

As a Recruiter you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements.

As a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter, you will establish yourself as a talent advisor with stakeholders and be a candidate ambassador that will deliver best hiring experience in the UK. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage 360 recruitment processes. You will have an opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders thus you will demonstrate impeccable communication skills to build trusted relationships and show confidence in bringing best practices to every step of the recruiting process.

This is a hybrid work model which means you are required to work from the client's office in Birmingham when needed.

Key Accountabilities

Things you will do:

  • You'll manage end-to-end (360) recruitment processes for high volume: logistics (e.g. drivers) and warehouse operations positions
  • You'll manage pre-boarding process, including contract creation and documents completion
  • You'll take full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered
  • You'll build and strengthen relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
  • You'll consult with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
  • You'll deliver exceptional service to the candidate and Hiring Managers, providing frequent updates and clear communication throughout the entire recruitment process
  • You'll deliver results against client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team objectives

Skills & Requirements

You'll need to demonstrate:

  • 360 recruitment experience within high-volume
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Proven sourcing experience, preferably in warehouse roles area
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Expert in managing recruitment processes
  • Experience of delivering results against client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and team objectives
  • Credibility and confidence in sourcing and stakeholder management
