Compensation: GBP 25,738.06 per year plus GBP 1,454.67 recruitment retention allowance per year

Description

For the past two years, Together have been working in partnership with St Martins Housing and Change Grow Live (CGL) to provide a new service delivering specialist Drug & Alcohol Housing related support to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs across Norfolk. Due to the success of the project, funding has been extended until March 2026 and we are now looking to recruit two Senior Recovery Workers both Norwich based to cover Norwich, the surrounding area and also including South of the county.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for highly motivated, self-starting and imaginative individuals with great leadership and collaboration skills, a can-do attitude and the motivation to change and enhance the service during this exciting period. These are key roles for the project, ensuring the service reaches a diverse range of people and delivers safe and high quality support at all times.

You will have excellent communication skills and experience of supporting a caseload of service users with complex needs, working with clinical colleagues at all levels, across departments and external agencies and stakeholders.
You will have the ability to build on an already solid foundation of partnership working, using your stakeholder management skills to foster strong networks, ensuring the service is well connected to organisations and agencies providing D&A and housing support in Norfolk.
You will promote a culture of inclusion and act as a champion for service user leadership, encouraging those using the service to direct their own support and contribute to shaping the way the service is run.
You will be outcome-focused, drawing on your experience in supporting a diverse caseload, to ensure the efficient running of the service in line with Together's ethos and policies.
