Our Transformation & Business Services team in London are growing, and we're currently seeking an Executive Assistant Manager to join them on their journey.

About the day to day...

You'll be supporting our Partners, Associate Partners and Directores, enabling them to focus on the technical aspects of their roles. You will be picotal in ensuring seamless transitions, nurturing strong relationships and optimizing client satisfaction at every touchpoint. You'll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including;

  • Line management of up to 6 direct reports, taking a leading role in their development and CP journey
  • Taking a proactive approach in arranging team building, regular update sessions and training across the Business Services Team
  • Contributing to, and assisting in, the management of the Business Services Team vision and strategy
  • Proactively managing diaries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, along with booking meeting rooms and providing an agenda
  • Organisation of the team's weekly meetings, arranging a team presenter, collating the update notes and recording the meeting
  • Arranging all travel across the team using our internal portal where possible, capturing sustainability insights
  • Working collaboratively with the Marketing Team to collect client feedback

The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.

  • Plan, prioritise and organise your own workload and be flexible based on the needs of the team and those you will support
  • Work to a fast pace whilst still maintaining exceptional quality in your work
  • Be proactive and adaptable to changing workloads
  • Be team orientated and enthusiastic
  • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Work from our vibrant London Holborn office 3 days each week
