What you'll be doing
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Manage Costs and Value: Control all costs while ensuring high standards and value for money.
- Leadership: Oversee a small team of commercial staff, mentoring junior team members.
- Project Ownership: Work closely with project and commercial teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Procurement & Commercial Management: Ensure contract integrity, review programmes, and prepare tender documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage commercial relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Who we're looking for
- Civil/Highways Construction Expertise
- Chartered (or working towards) membership in RICS/ICES/CIOB
- Proven track record of managing commercial aspects of projects
- Leadership and Mentoring experience
- Flexibility: Willing to work flexibly based on project requirements
