JN Bentley is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team working across a variety of frameworks. As a business we've enjoyed a sustained period of growth and as such looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to help us successfully deliver this work.

You will be working in a team where the work is varied and could be working for a mixture of Clients including Associated British Ports, Canals and River Trust, Environmental Agency, Rolls Royce, and various other Clients, experience using NEC Contracts is required.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will:

• Play a pivotal role through the entirety of the project; from early contractor engagement, optioneering and tender negotiation through to the design, procurement, construct, commissioning and handover of schemes
• Work alongside the integrated design and operational teams as well as supply chain partners
• Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management of a project or group of projects as designated by the Project Commercial Manager
• Ensure robust cost management processes are undertaken at all times with accurate and timely reports, data and analysis on hand to assist in commercial decisions
• Ensure that all project team members (including site staff) understand the contractual arrangements, in order to satisfy Client & Partner organisation requirements
• Ensuring that proper records (including final accounts) are kept & maintained so financial information for audits and cost assurance is readily available
