Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commercial management of projects, ensuring financial success and client satisfaction.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically within CAT A & B Fit-Out projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Adept at using Quantity Surveying software and tools.
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent is highly desirable.
