This consultancy is seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in commercial projects, particularly those involving Category A fit-outs, cut and carve refurbishments, and Category B developments. Your role will be pivotal in steering projects ranging from £1 million to £50 million, with a recent focus on developments valued between £3 million and £10 million.

As the linchpin of financial management for these projects, your responsibilities will include cost planning, contract administration, and value engineering, ensuring that each venture is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your strategic insight will guide decision-making processes, and your ability to negotiate and manage contracts will be key to maintaining the consultancy's reputation for excellence.

Candidates must possess:

- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent is desirable.
- Extensive experience in commercial construction, with a focus on CAT A and CAT B projects.
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team.
