The Senior Project Surveyor will be instrumental in managing the financial and technical aspects of the construction process. This includes budgeting, cost control, and ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are integrated seamlessly into the design and functionality of the residence.
Candidates are expected to possess a robust understanding of MEP systems, with a proven track record of delivering projects within this remit. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is essential, demonstrating a history of managing high-value projects with precision and expertise.
