About the Role:

The role exist to support the QC Chemical Teams in the form of checking of work, documentation creation and updates, laboratory investigation support and review/approval, and general compliance activities.

The role is varied, to cover compliance team duties as required within the team. Main duties include checking of analytical work (both final and e-sign off for HPLC/GC) to ensure correctness, issuing referrals where corrections are required and supporting the analysts in terms of constructive feedback and mentoring. Additionally, aiding in QC documentation creation, review and update.

As part of the QC Compliance team, involvement in lab investigations is required, providing guidance and support to the QC teams as needed. This also involves the approval of action items for hypothesis testing/retesting/sub testing, and the approval of phase 1 investigations. In line with the QC department's continuous improvement, the participation in projects such as QC audits, document review/updates and QC streamlining projects will also form part of the role.

The role involves supportive and mentoring interactions with QC Analysts, so a professional and approachable attitude should be maintained.
