Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + up to 20% bonus per annum

Working Location: Milton Keynes

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with existing QA teams to investigate and assess current QA processes, providing evidence-based recommendations for enhancements and development.
  • Design and develop a comprehensive Quality Assurance framework that sits across our consumer facing departments, aligning with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Drive the adoption and embedding of the new QA framework, setting clear goals and leading the charge in optimising QA processes across the organisation.
  • Ensure all QA procedures and processes are thoroughly documented to provide assurance of key controls and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Report findings and progress to senior management and relevant committees,

The ideal candidate will have

  • Proven experience of implementing and embedding a QA Framework within a financial services environment is essential.
  • Practical experience of managing QA teams within a financial services environment.
  • Retail conduct experience, with particular focus on consumer outcomes and customer vulnerabilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience of designing, managing and overseeing projects.
  • Proven understanding of the financial services industry and applicable FCA sourcebooks with a particular focus on Consumer Duty and Consumer Vulnerability.

Education and Qualifications

  • A relevant industry qualification is desirable.
