Job Description

Job Purpose

This role will be to provide expert business, proposition and data analysis, supporting changes required by the business through solution design, testing and implementation and undertake data & pricing analysis in line with guidance set by the Head of Proposition and Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate & support the identification and development of business cases including development of both tangible and non-tangible benefits models.

• Understand & develop knowledge of the pricing architecture for the Evelyn Partners Group and associated business

• To support the definition and pricing of future offerings and identify opportunities to support strategic and project objectives.

• Contribute to the pricing strategy by client bank and other data attributes as required.

• Build a strong understanding of market competitors and monitor industry trends

• Define, develop and maintain data modelling tools that can support future pricing initiatives or data analysis.

• Work as part of the Proposition and Pricing team, undertaking analysis as required to support commercial strategic and business objectives.

• Interpret and present data in usable format that can be digested by stakeholders

• Provide analysis support to colleagues, and when required, be able to facilitate the development of business requirements, design specifications and process documentation.

Qualifications

Key Skills and Experience

Required

• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential. Good Word, PowerPoint and Visio skills are desired.
• Good communicator, willingness to work with key stakeholders within the business.

Preferred

• Knowledge or ability to learn other analytic tools i.e. Power BI.
• Financial Services Background preferred but not essential.
• Finance / accounting or data science background.

• Pragmatic approach and 'can do' attitude.
• A high attention to detail, resulting in exceptional accuracy in output.
• Ability to work well under pressure, to targets and tight timescales.
