Location: Warton – 3 days working in the office
Salary: £54,793 + dependent upon skills and experience

Progression of key dependencies from multiple programmes and support from the Service Delivery Units and Functional teams (i.e. Engineering SDUs, Supply Chain & Procurement).

Developing comprehensive Statement of Requirements with relevant SMEs

Detailed planning and mobilisation with internal and external stakeholders

Support to leading internal and external stakeholder workshops and progress meetings

Support to key project reporting including financial and performance reporting, including attendance at monthly performance reviews
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
-
Ability to propose tailoring where applicable and in line with Project Management processes within the line of business and/or to ensure the project meets the requirements of the Operational Framework, including implementation of appropriately tailored practices

Good knowledge and experience of Project Management governance and assurance processes such as Integrated Baseline Reviews and LCM
-
Experience of building relationships and negotiating outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
-
Ability to capture, evaluate and share best practice

Ability to influence internal stakeholders to achieve business success

Good understanding of line of business or project, its markets, customers, strategic priorities and culture

Roles typically require a university degree, or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience

The Qatar Typhoon Capability Delivery Team:
This role will support the Capability Programme Manager in the delivery of critical Typhoon aircraft capability to the Qatar Emiri Armed Forces, as a phased delivery of aircraft capability and the associated non-recurring support solution. This is a unique opportunity to be part of team that will develop, plan and execute delivery of the FOC solution at a fast pace to an important Customer of the Air Business
