Available Roles
- Female Care Assistant - Day Shift (peripatetic)
- Downs House & Stroud House - 24 hours per week - £13.70 per hour + weekend enhancements
Drivers required (to cover both homes)
- Female Care Assistant - Night Shift
- Downs House - 36 hours per week - £13.70 per hour + weekend enhancements
- Female Senior Care Assistant - Night Shift
- Downs House - 36 hours per week - £14.20 per hour + weekend enhancements

About Our Homes
Downs House is a welcoming 46-bed residential care home providing high-quality, person-centred elderly care in a calm and supportive environment.
Stroud House is a specialist 25 bed residential care home supporting older people, including those living with complex dementia.

Your Role
Care Assistant responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and wellbeing checks
- Supporting residents living with dementia
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working as part of a supportive care team
Senior Care Assistant responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and supporting the care team
- Administering medication
- Updating care plans and records
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Supporting and mentoring staff
- Promoting high standards of person-centred care
