What You'll Be Doing
- Own the delivery of large flexible generation packages from pre-construction through commissioning.
- Lead site meetings, drive communication, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against master and short-term programmes, identifying and resolving issues early.
- Oversee QA documentation and ensure compliance with design, safety, and project procedures.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, procurement, and design coordination.
- Track resource levels, issue site instructions, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop commissioning plans and interface with other PMs to manage programme and technical dependencies.
- Champion continuous improvement and set the tone for high-performance delivery.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing high-value infrastructure projects, ideally in energy or utilities.
- Strong understanding of civils, M&E, and commissioning processes.
- Contract negotiation and problem-solving skills on complex EPC projects.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Organised, proactive, and able to lead teams under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Why This Role?
- Lead flagship projects with real impact on the UK's energy transition.
- Join a high-growth IPP with a 2GW operational portfolio and 14GW+ consented pipeline.
- Be part of a dynamic, delivery-focused team with industry-leading expertise.
- Competitive salary, benefits, and long-term career progression.
