Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the construction industry? Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a talented individual to join their team and take the lead on a prestigious £20m high-end residential project.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a cut and carve grade 2 listed building, currently at the structural stage. This is a unique and exciting project that requires someone with extensive experience in working with listed buildings.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Overseeing the entire project from inception to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget
• Managing a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and contractors

• Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards on site
