Job Description

NB To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected. Travel will also be required as needed to our distribution centres, stores and Support Centre in Paddington, London to support delivery of various projects.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

• Own project-specific plans to implement change projects, working closely with other project and operational team members

• Ensure all financial controls across projects are robust and deliver benefits in line with the business case

• Engage business partners to ensure successful delivery of change, including various business units and teams

• Maintain all agreed governance timelines/templates (RAID, Status Reports, Financial Trackers)

• Guide colleagues through change by involving them in the decision-making process

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

• Experience of running projects at every stage of the project lifecycle in a Retail and/or online fulfilment environment

• Ability to quickly build strong working relationships and experience of task-managing others towards achieving defined goals, whether through direct line management or indirect project/action plans

• Experience and expertise in handling financial project controls

• Capability to analyse sophisticated data and use it to make informed business/operational/customer decisions

• Full working understanding of Microsoft Office products and able to pull together information and present in a clear way which drives clear decisions
