Job Description
We are looking for experienced and pro-active Senior Project Managers to join our Project Management team. You will work on some of the most exciting and purposeful projects nationally and globally, focusing on cladding and broader fire safety remediation projects, with values ranging from £1m to over £2 billion.
Our projects are iconic, international, and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace. These projects involve the remediation of cladding and fire safety issues, ensuring compliance with the latest safety standards and regulations.
You will have experience of working on remediation projects and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing, and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the delivery of cladding remediation and broader fire safety remediation projects, from inception to completion, for leading developer and public sector clients
- Provide advisory support to applicants pursuing cladding remediation government funding streams, from inception to completion, for public sector clients
- Lead on a diverse range of projects within our Central and Local Government PM team, including housing, justice, defence, office, and social infrastructure projects
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Professional qualification e.g., MAPM or MRICS
- Experience in the delivery of cladding remediation projects advantageous
- Good understanding of the Building Safety Act and HRB processes required
- Well suited to Project Management candidates with a Building Surveying or forensic building diagnosis background
