Contract Type: Permanent (5 roles available)

Working Hours: 37 hours a week

Worker Type: Hybrid Worker

Salary: Starting Salary is £44,711 (Level one) rising to £47,754 (level 4)

Location: Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG

We are seeking dynamic individuals to drive the delivery of our major change programmes and deliver innovative solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and service excellence. Senior Project Manager

Job Purpose: As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee high-value and high-risk projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and achieving desired outcomes. You will lead project teams, manage dependencies and risks, and collaborate with various leads to align projects with strategic goals, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and manage day-to-day operations and communications.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, budget, timeline, and risk parameters.
  • Foster effective communication and stakeholder management across projects.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and create a collaborative project environment.
  • Ensure high-quality project documentation is produced, enabling successful project delivery.
