Overview
This is not your typical luxury brand
Firstly, the brand supports numerous philanthropic endeavours around the world and is recognised as a charitable trust. Also, they do not sell online, as they are focused on the experience of buying their products, meaning they want you to visit an Official Retailer and have a silverservice buying experience. This does not in any way limit our campaigns, as Performics manages the Paid Search activity of almost 1,000 Official Retailers worldwide via our internal bespoke bidding platform.
What is the role?
Project Manager is a unique role which sits at the heart of the account. This role will be responsible for managing all global processes and project delivery across paid search and social channels. This position sits in the central team, but you will also be required to manage projects across all our regional hub teams in the US and APAC. The ability to be agile in the role is key. With new projects being planned regularly, you will be required to be both proactive and reactive, and to learn new initiatives quickly.
What success looks like for this role is smooth day-to-day operation of campaigns and regular deliverables (billing, campaign set-up and reporting).
You will sit in a team reporting to the Data & Ops Lead and work closely with the rest of the team, including Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives.
