You will:

Lead people and build capability
- Manage and develop team members to raise capability across the function.
- Recruit high-calibre talent into the programme.
- Deputise for the Portfolio or Programme Director when required.
About you
You're an experienced technology project leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You bring clarity where there is ambiguity, calm where there is pressure, and structure where there is scale.
We're looking for someone with:
- 2+ years' experience delivering technology projects, ideally including SAP financial management, SAP transformations or migrations.
- Proven ability to lead matrix teams of up to 50 people and manage supplier partners.
- Strong leadership presence-credible, composed and able to influence senior stakeholders including Board members.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- High resilience, strong negotiation skills and a pragmatic, common-sense approach.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with the ability to motivate others.
- Professional project management certification (APMP, Prince2, Prince2 Agile) or willingness to work towards one.
- A growth mindset, emotional intelligence and a strong work ethic.
