Overview

A leading high-end residential contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of complex luxury refurbishment and new build projects across London's prime and super-prime residential market.

This role will suit a delivery-focused construction professional with strong commercial awareness, exceptional client management skills and a proven background within premium residential environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and delivery strategy
• Lead Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams across multiple projects or a major flagship scheme
• Maintain the highest quality standards aligned with luxury client expectations
• Act as main point of contact for clients, architects, interior designers and consultants
• Manage contracts, variations, valuations and cost control in collaboration with commercial teams
• Ensure health & safety compliance across all works
• Identify risks, manage change and resolve project challenges proactively
• Provide regular progress and financial reporting to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within high-end / prime residential construction
• Strong background delivering luxury refurbishments and bespoke new build homes
• Excellent commercial understanding and contract management skills
• Strong leadership and team coordination ability
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage complex programmes and high-value budgets
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving capability
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Trade background or construction/project management qualifications
• Experience with listed buildings, basements, structural refurbishments or complex design-led projects
• Relevant industry certifications (HNC/HND/Degree, SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
