We are a leading construction company known for delivering high-quality, design-led residential projects while maintaining financial integrity and operational excellence. With a growing portfolio of bespoke builds and refurbishments up to £15M, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major projects and play a key role in our continued success.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategically minded Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-value, high-specification projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. This role involves leadership across all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning through to final handover, while working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the scope, objectives, and deliverables of complex residential construction projects
  • Develop and oversee project programmes, budgets, and resourcing plans
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders, building trust and delivering outstanding service
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, resolving challenges to keep projects on track
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Produce and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients
  • Mentor junior project staff and support their development within the business

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years' project management experience, with a strong track record in high-end residential construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects valued between £5M and £15M
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asta Powerproject, or equivalent)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification (preferred)
