What you'll do
- Prepare agenda and documents for weekly meetings and drive action items to closure - Including preparation and update of Project Execution Plan
- Ensure that appropriate Health and Safety measures are in place as well as daily monitoring of the progress onsite and compliance construction agreements
- Assist all relevant disciplines in the implementation of project specifications in addition of preparing and updating the strategic programme of the project
- Establish the project structure and goals
- Prior to any meeting the agenda should be issued to all stakeholders 2 days in advance
- Translate job requirements to execution in the field with minimal supervision
- Prioritise input required from internal stakeholders and drive to meet scheduled timelines
- Assist Commercial team in preparing monthly financial updates and forecasts
- Facilitate page-turn reviews and capture comments with action items for internal team
- Provide support to end of project Commissioning activities.
- Support operational Client teams during asset handover
- Promote and execute a lessons learned culture throughout the project
- Perform additional duties as assigned
About you
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
- Able to prepare and deliver role-related training to improve project management skills internally.
- Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, together with a common sense and flexible approach.
- PMP/PMI certification is a bonus
