Senior Project Manager
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join the team located in London.
Purpose Of The Job
Have full accountability and responsibility for the safe management and delivery of project works in line with business processes and procedures working alongside contract teams and client to generate pipeline sales and opportunities.
Manage others within the business and support growth and development of talent.
Key Responsibilities
Accountabilities
- Accountability to the Head of projects.
- Generate project opportunities by building strong effective working relationships with our customers and site teams.
- Full P & L responsibility
- Accountable as line manager for others.
- Ensure compliance with CBRE health and safety policy and process whilst ensuring that they are effectively implemented across both CBRE and its subcontractor's activities. These are to be regularly audited and reviewed.
Education
- Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar (desirable)
- Degree level qualification in Project Management (desirable)
Training
• Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent (desirable)
• Business standard of written and verbal literacy and numeracy
• APM certified (desirable)
• Prince 2 certified (desirable)
• CDM regulations
• SMSTS certified
• Nebosh certified
• CSCS card holder
• IOSH (desirable)
Experience
• Proven track record safely delivering exceptional projects in either an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
• Experience of developing new project opportunities
• Proven experience of running a P&L
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
• Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals.

Circumstances
Incumbents will be required to travel on occasions to support operational delivery, and participate in training
and business review. Some overnight stays may be needed.
