Responsibilities / Position overview
As the Quantitative Senior Project Manager, you will manage aspects of fieldwork from point of commission to delivery of analysis whilst maintaining consistently high standards and profitability. In your role, you will be expected to develop and manage suppliers of quant services to Lumanity Insight. You will need to provide frequent and proactive dialogue with internal and external project stakeholders and suppliers. The Quantitative Senior Project Manager will be passionate and able to solve project changes positively. A core part of this role will be to multi-task across a number of often complex multi-market projects and act as an effective Lumanity team member, with enthusiasm and creativity. You will also be expected to support and manage junior members of the team.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Confirming final specifications when projects commissioned
- Advise on Online Questionnaire design - for efficiency and logic
- Maintaining proactive dialogue regarding the status of projects with all suppliers (panel house, translation, agency, scripting, DP, Coding)
- Ensure delivery of high quality projects
- Managing external DP and Coding suppliers and their outputs prior to client delivery
- Managing databases (e.g. suppliers, quote and projects)
- Following in-house project management and admin systems
- Good knowledge of Data Protection and BHBIA and EphMRA guidelines
- Organise, attend and lead kick off meetings without line manager support
- Ensure project needs are met and exceeded where possible
- Act as a source of good advice on Best Practice in project management
- Understanding and implementation of traffic light process on projects
- Ensuring project information sheet is kept updated on a per project basis and all processes on a project life cycle are completed
- Being proactive and solution focused on any problems that may arise on projects
- Manage multiple workloads and projects successfully, and at the same time, by planning and Prioritising your workload
- Proactively plan, suggest and agree project deadlines with researchers
Qualifications
- Experience as a senior project manager within a healthcare market research agency
- Healthcare / pharma field and PM experience is a must
- Experience in managing complex projects with many different agencies
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team orientated, but highly independent for their own projects
- Ability to mentor, coach and supervise staff
- High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Proactive, multi-tasking and hands on approach with a can do attitude
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of the team
