Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive multiple projects across the Frasers Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of efficiency at connecting different teams across a large organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Support the production team in coordinating shoot requirements, schedules, resources and internal teams.
• Develop project plans and timelines; ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, creative and product leads to execute projects effectively.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and performance; provide regular updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the fashion or sports retail
• industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to
• completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, example Monday.com.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• It's key to have a solution-oriented mindset.

If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
