About the role
The Senior Product & Contracting Manager will lead a team in sourcing top-quality travel products and services for school trips to align with the curriculum. You'll develop and implement strategies to maximise commercial performance, negotiate competitive rates with suppliers, and manage key regions. You will also be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance and building a high-performing team.
The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders and traveling internationally to manage supplier relationships and ensure product quality.
About the skills, knowledge and experience we're after
- Experience in group travel procurement, ideally in Europe or North America
- An understanding of the school travel market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- The ability to lead a team
- Knowledge of health and safety risk management within travel
- Fluency in a European language (preferably French) is an advantage
- A clean driving license is required

Work Arrangements
This is a full time role and offers hybrid working (preferably 2 -3 days per week to be worked in the Brighton office).
