Responsibilities

• Be a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy day-to-day contact for our clients working across a number of platforms
• Act as guardian of all product requirements, able to answer any and all questions; technical, commercial, planning and resourcing
• Act as the glue leading a large multi-layered transformational project owning every element from product specification through to on-time and on-budget delivery
• Own and engage in all stages of the Agile development process - planning, stand-up, show-and-tell and retrospective ceremonies
• Work closely with senior client stakeholders from technical, commercial, and content teams to drive delivery of the product development roadmap
• Create and maintain documentation for internal and external reporting
• Own project scope and deliverables through detailed requirements capture
• Act as the wall of quality for our projects and maintain our brand value
• Upsell additional services where appropriate
• Drive our client relationships forward and help achieve their goals in parallel with the account function
• Creating first-class documentation: project plan, status reports, risk logs, debrief report, etc.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leadership and delivery of complex digital solutions for web and devices, from conception to delivery
• Desirable experience of OTT, connected TV project delivery
• Highly skilled in delivering agile delivery methodology; building and maintaining jira project backlogs, running agile ceremonies, leading cross functional development teams
• Excellent practical knowledge of the different skillset and stages in delivering digital projects while working with internal delivery teams
• Strong technical knowledge, including release management
• Clear demonstrable ability to effectively manage and report on budgets
• Refined negotiation skills when dealing directly with clients including discussing commercials
• Ability to wear multiple hats - Project manager, product owner, scrum-master, account manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to know how to read the room
• A team player with a positive, friendly attitude who is not afraid to shares ideas
• Process driven with a relentless obsession for detail and quality
• Degree level qualification
