Role overview

Our Project Management team is growing! We are an ambitious team who encourage growth, learning and collaborative working both internally and with our clients.

What will I be doing?

  • Contributing to client briefing meetings and be the trusted point of contact for clients on project-related matters
  • Preparing project budgets and costings, and advise on assumptions made and ways of working
  • Taking pride in delivering on time, on budget, and within scope, leading on small/medium scale projects
  • Effectively identifying and pre-empting challenges and problems that might affect the successful execution of a project
  • Advising on research inputs (questionnaire, brand lists, stimulus), suggesting amends, improvements, and ensuring suitable from an operational/respondent perspective.
  • Supporting onboarding our Graduate Project Managers, guiding them and encouraging their growth and development
  • Actively seeking new opportunities to develop your self and continue learning
  • Sharing project learnings (successes and improvements) across the wider team, celebrate your success!

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Proven quantitative or qualitative research project management experience
  • We are looking for someone with experience in market research who isn't afraid to challenge and question current processes to become an invaluable part of our team
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail, including data checks and proofreading
  • Strong organisational skills - demonstrate flexibility, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in order to achieve team and business requirements
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be dedicated, taking ownership of tasks and delivering as promised to the best of his or her ability, including being error free
  • Ability to disseminate complex information.
  • Confidence with managing budgets and finances
  • Be a positive thinker with a can do, solution-focused attitude
  • Good team player
  • Proficient in using all Microsoft Office application

About the Team

The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization. In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.
