Experience required...
Essential:
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to orchestrate and supervise the engineering coordination of multiple disciplines
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior members of staff working
- Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Significant experience working with Rail Standards such as Network Rail and/or Transport for London
- Proven experience in quality assurance and control of engineering deliverables including drawings and reports
- Significant experience in dealing with Technical Queries and Requests for Information
- Significant experience in Risk Management
- Significant experience in managing engineering interfaces of multiple disciplines including such as civils, electrical and communications
- Proven commercial experience in either engineering design or construction
Desirable:
- Chartered membership with the Institution of Civil Engineers or similar
- Significant experience in managing multi-disciplinary designs
- Experience in working on site can be an advantage
