About the Role:

At the heart of Savanta is a dynamic and expanding qualitative function, dedicated to empowering clients through the core belief being to truly understand audiences and inspire change, you need to walk in their shoes. This is where the group's human-centric approaches excel.

This role focuses on delivering operational excellence for our clients, researchers, and the broader Savanta team. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible leading on the delivery of smaller project while supporting on larger Qualitative projects.

You will work consultatively with research teams and clients, mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful project delivery. As the main contact for 3rd party suppliers, you will oversee participant recruitment and address any issues with recruitment, project costs, etc.

Responsibilities include coordinating with freelance moderators, running debrief calls, and sharing insights with colleagues.

Our Senior Project Coordinator role is ideally suited to someone with

• Experience working with qualitative operations in the Market Research sector
• Understands the fundamentals of project delivery and project management
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Ability to work well in teams and with a broad range of people

• Ability to prioritise and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
