WHAT TO EXPECT
This role will work with the supply chain strategy manager and the supply chain project manager to support strategic investigations and coordinate the delivery Global Customer Care Supply Chain Logistics projects for Aftermarket Service Parts business.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Conduct investigation, analysis and development of future Aftermarket parts logistics strategies ahead of any decision to implement major projects key to the ongoing transformation of global parts network
- Support Generation of strategic road map with prioritisation of initiatives to increase our supply chain maturity over time
- Successfully manage multiple workstream owners to deliver the deliverables of their individual workstream in line with the adopted project governance process and project plan
- Co-ordination & management of plans, cost and quality, risks & issues and to control all activities to ensure the project is successfully completed
- Take the lead in development & approval of all relevant project documentation, including but not limited to Project Initiation Document (PID), Project Definition Document (PDD), weekly project reports, monthly project board meetings, Develop business case for specific projects
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Strong Project Coordination experience
- Experience of Agile methodologies, Prince 2 or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills - Ability to make fact based, data-driven recommendations
- Ability to effectively manage a number of competing priorities - internal & external
- Ability to present, make recommendations, challenge people at all levels and defend position based on data - quantitative and qualitative
