Job Overview:
Seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support a major offshore wind project. The role involves working closely with the Project Controls Director, focusing on project planning, risk management, and scope/change management. Responsibilities include developing schedules, managing risks, reporting, and facilitating approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Perform scenario, critical path, and float analyses.
  • Track project progress and identify risks or delays.
• Risk Management:
  • Facilitate risk identification and workshops.
  • Use ARM (Active Risk Manager) for risk assessments and updates.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Scope and Change Management:
  • Track and document project scope, budget, or schedule changes.
  • Assess impacts and update controls tools.
  • Facilitate change request approvals.
• Regularly update dashboards/visualizations for performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in project controls for large construction projects, ideally offshore wind.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, ARM, ThinkCell, and Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
