Education/Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Educated to Masters level or equivalent
  • Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent

Desirable criteria

  • MSP qualification Application

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Substantial recent experience in leading complex projects or programmes involving significant change
  • Substantial experience of change management - influencing staff to work differently
  • Substantial experience of business case development
  • Experience of managing large-scale or complex projects involving matrix management of staff.
  • Extensive experience working within the NHS or other large public sector organisation.
  • Experience of working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of managing external suppliers to delivery products or services

Desirable criteria

  • Procurement & OJEU experience/knowledge.
  • Experience delivering IT/digital projects
