- You will provide day to day oversight to a team of Programme Administrators, within a Support Centre, in the provision of a high-quality end-to-end programme administration and teaching and learning support for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
- Working with your Programme Manager and Heads of Support Centre, as well as key stakeholders in Schools and central services you will help identify, develop and apply best practice advice and support across the University and to determine consistent and effective ways of working and feedback mechanisms.

You will have :
- excellent organisational skills and a logical and professional disposition;
- experience of using databases to maintain and retrieve data;

We have two part time roles available; 0.6 FTE at Earley Gate Support Centre and 0.8 FTE at London Road Support Centre. Please specify in your supporting statement which role you would like to be considered for, or if you would like to be considered for both roles.
