Job Description

The Senior Program Lead is responsible to manage execution of Business Integrated Operating Systems (BIOS) deployment per Continuous Improvement and Rapid Deployment (CIRD) Methodology and schedule. BIOS is a suite of applications built on the foundation of Oracle Cloud and aligned with Sherwin-Williams global business processes.

In this role, you will be working closely with relevant IT teams, business owners, local business teams and implementation partners/vendors to drive implementation with focus on standardization, efficiency, and business value creation. This role reports directly to the Regional Digital Technology (DT) Director, EMEAI. The Senior Program Lead will collaborate with the DT & business leads, developers, and enterprise infrastructure support teams to ensure appropriate delivery of technology solutions in accordance with business requirements, objectives, and standards. This role will involve working closely with other DT teams to develop an end-to-end implementation & support transition plan while collaborating with key customers to ensure their needs are met.

In this role you could be based away within EMEA with travel to our sites for project roll out and business needs (approx. 50% of the time). Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of BIOS (Including Oracle Cloud and all other boundary applications) program deployment per CIRD Methodology and schedule
  • Drive for identification and mobilization of resources for all adoption phases.
  • Manage Scoping and Staffing for Deployments.
  • Oversee assignment and contribution of site resources.
  • Serve as key escalation point for site adoption issues.
  • Address organizational barriers hindering the Adoption's entity success.
  • Co-manage the adoption activities with Site Cluster leads.
  • Drive, track and report progress in all phases of implementations.
  • Assess key risk areas during the deployment and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor successful delivery of key processes, technologies and implementation milestones across all tracks and locations.
  • Facilitate adoption of Global Solution and utilization of CIRD Methodology, leading practices, and standards to support the deployment.
  • Closely manage Implementation Partner/Other Vendor engagements and track resource utilization.
  • Partner and proactively collaborate with DT Enterprise Product, Platform, PMO, EDO, Architecture, DevOps and Solution Engineering teams to deliver standardized, efficient and long-term sustainable solutions for the organization.
  • Partner and closely collaborate with Business Process and Product Owners to maximize business value creation as part of Solution Delivery.
  • Assist with Roadmap strategy, planning and execution.
  • Assist financial budgeting and forecasting related tasks, submitting EPR's and tracking actual spend in comparison to estimates/budget.
  • Drive impact analysis of Quarterly Releases to the Cloud ERP implementation.
  • Assist with effective utilization and administration of Oracle ACE and Lighthouse programs.
  • Assist with Implementation Standards and Documentation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have strong ERP/Large Scale implementation background and must be a people leader who will be able to balance team development, hands-on leadership of the varied ERP teams and collaboration across senior leadership within the DT and Business organization.

Ideally we are looking for someone with...

  • Experience and success in leading and supporting large ERP platform implementations (Oracle Cloud preferred).
  • Experience in managing large program teams across multiple geographies and time zones, comprising of both full-time resources and contractors.
  • Strong Techno-Functional background in one or more workstreams - Planning Manufacturing & Inventory (PMI), Order to Cash (OTC), Source to Pay (STP) and/or Core Finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of large-scale ERP implementations, starting from Planning, Design, Build, Data Conversions, Testing/Validation to Migration/Cutover, Go Live, Hypercare and Support Transition.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience on multiple large-scale projects, especially in Cloud based platforms preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in working with one or more external Implementation Partners/Vendors in an onshore/offshore model.
  • Strong project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
  • Strong working knowledge of software development and support methodologies in both waterfall and agile models.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project/program management certification preferred
