Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
• Lead end-to-end program management for infra migration or data center exit projects, ensuring alignment with Bank goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plan, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Manage and coordinate all program activities including resource allocation, risk management and issue resolution.
Vendor Management:
• Manage relations with 3rd party vendors, including performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure that vendor meeting program requirements and timelines.
Governance and reporting:• Ensure comprehensive tracking of all program activities, including plan, decisions, and lessons learned.
• Provide regular, detailed updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Skills:
• Proven experience managing large-scale infra migration, cloud migration or data center exit projects
Experience of working in a complex, multi-vendor environment
