About the Role

The Senior Program Management Support will be responsible for supporting successful program delivery via close working across the whole of the eGRC program supporting the Program Manager and other areas of the business in bringing together a global change program delivering IBM Openpages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Secretariat for senior governance meetings, including the Transformation Board and Steering Committee, ensuring effective preparation and follow-up on materials discussed.
  • Provide proactive delivery support to accelerate program progress and maintain momentum.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the program.
  • Facilitate communication between various local groups, ensuring seamless information flow across the program.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of an integrated program plan that aligns with overall program objectives.
  • Act as a champion for the eGRC program, advocating its importance at all organizational levels.
  • Empower decision-making processes and support successful program delivery within LMG.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress and status reports for various governance levels.
  • Coordinate submissions to governance forums to secure necessary approvals for program changes.
  • Monitor and track risks, issues, and dependencies across the program, recommending escalations as needed to maintain alignment within LMG.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure the successful execution of program initiatives.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in PMO, Change Management, or Program Management roles.
  • Working knowledge of Operational Risk Frameworks and Internal Controls within financial services.
  • Woking knowledge of Compliance frameworks and objectives within financial services.
  • Experience with the deployment of IBM OpenPages or similar GRC platform would be desirable.
  • Proven track record of working on global programs, with an understanding of the complexities involved.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with various project and program methodologies, with the ability to integrate diverse approaches effectively.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the capability to navigate conflict and maintain situational awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in managing relationships and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at addressing the needs of a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Successful history of delivering complex, cross-functional global change programs.
  • Collaborative team player with well-developed planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and present clear, actionable solutions.
