Role: Senior Production Manager, digital
Dates: ASAP, January ideally
Location: London / hybrid
Talented People is working on a Senior Production Manager role for a startup in the digital space, plugging the gap between TV broadcast and digital publishing. This is a truly innovative company, needing open-minded talent with a positive, can do attitude to add to its very small but already successful team.
KEY COMPANY SKILLS:
- Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with all social media platforms and their various specs (must at least have basic understanding of this)
- Collaborative, positive attitude and solution focused (essential)
- Open to new ways of working not done before
- Awareness of the digital world
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment - keeping a cool head is a non-negotiable
- Able to navigate new production situations with a open mind
Ideally, you'd have worked on projects for Channel 4.0 or with brands like JD Sports, footaslyum or similar who are breaking the mould in the branded/social space.
You'll be working closely with the Head of Production in a super busy role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Running the production on projects and managing the budget, flagging issues as soon as they arise
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Overseeing production paperwork, production processes and renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Providing creative solutions to issues
- Scoping for upcoming projects
- Representing company values and ways of working
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- used to high volume shoot days
- used to high volume deliverable lists
- attention to detail in budget management and shoot coordination
