The Role
As a leading member of the Technical and Production Team, the role will provide leadership and production management support for the Roundhouse Artistic Programme (including all performing arts shows, installations, annual festivals and all other internally produced work such as Development events).

The role will also oversee the production management of the commercial programme (music/events) as well as line manage the team of Roundhouse Production Managers.

As a Senior member of the team, the role works closely with the Technical Managers on processes and delivery, as well as providing strategic and departmental support to the Head of Technical and Production.

Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.

About you:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced production manager with leadership skills across all areas of artistic, music and event production management.

As a Senior member of the Technical and Production team you will have great people management and nurturing skills as well as an aptitude for development and empowering teams to deliver high quality professional and collaborative work.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: 51,500 per annum
