The role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our savings offerings. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of savings proposition development and management, contributing to the overall savings strategy and roadmap. Your creativity and innovative mindset will drive the growth of our savings balances while ensuring a Members First approach to product development. The role responsibilities: Develop and manage savings propositions, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align savings strategy with business objectives. Drive initiatives to appeal to a wider group of savers and strengthen financial resilience. Manage existing third-party relationships and identify new partnership opportunities. Provide subject matter expertise support to other functions and represent Product and Proposition on regulatory change projects. Lead and develop a team of direct reports, in line with the Society's growth ambitions.
