Our ambition is to be the best savings and mortgage provider in the UK, and we're looking for brilliant people like you to join our team as a Senior Product Proposition Manager for mortgages As the Senior Manager of this function , you'll lead the development and management of our mortgage propositions from start to finish. Your role involves identifying new ways to increase lending across different markets and channels whilst ensuring our propositions are financially sound and compliant with regulations. The role is responsible for bringing new mortgage propositions to market, collaborating with teams from across the business, plus working with various stakeholders to ensure proposals meet financial targets and regulatory standards. As a key contributor to the development of the mortgage strategy and roadmap, you will act as a lead on mortgage projects, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals, and continuously improving existing propositions through monitoring, enhancement, and collaboration.
