About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us make Riverlane's core product, Deltaflow, the runaway leader in the emerging $20 billion+ quantum error correction (QEC) market. Deltaflow is our comprehensive QEC solution that works for all quantum computers, utilising a new class of semiconductors developed by Riverlane.

QEC is quantum computing's defining technical challenge. All quantum computer makers require QEC technology to achieve the scale that unlocks the industry's $800 billion in future value.

Riverlane is the only company focused exclusively on QEC technology and we are the clear early leader in this exciting global market. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the Chief Marketing and Chief Product Officers to consolidate this exciting opportunity worldwide.

What you will do

As Riverlane's Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of marketing both Deltaflow and our entry-level product, QEC Explorer, to market. You'll craft compelling narratives around our groundbreaking technology and translate complex quantum concepts into clear value propositions for our clients. You will also:

  • Lead Riverlane's global product marketing strategy, delivery plan and scorecard
  • Work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to develop the core value propositions for our products
  • Conduct ongoing research on the QEC marketplace, including competitor analysis
  • Work with Riverlane's Product and Engineering teams to create compelling product demos
  • Determine the most impactful marketing channels
  • Design and deliver product launches for each product generation, including developing a full suite of product marketing materials and collateral
  • Be a champion and voice of the customer within Riverlane
  • Research the resonance and understanding of our products with existing and prospective customers
  • Work with the Business Development team on new lead generation
  • Represent Riverlane at relevant industry events

Requirements

What we need

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical or scientific field, ideally (but not exclusively) in Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Maths or Marketing
  • 5+ years' experience and demonstrable success in deep tech marketing role(s) (this may include experience in quantum computing, supercomputing, high-performance computing or semiconductor industries)
  • Proven experience in product-centric marketing, in particular in articulating compelling 'deep tech' value propositions to a deep tech audience
  • The ability to communicate complex scientific and technological concepts in clear written and visual language
  • Experience working with global customers and partners
  • Collaborative, cross-functional team player
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Even better if...

  • You have an advanced degree, such as Master's or PhD in a relevant technical field
  • You have experience in quantum computing
  • You speak multiple languages
