Want to help create worlds beyond gameplay, where players and fans become a community? We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help us build an unparalleled communication hub that lets users interact in real-time with both Voice and Chat.

As a Senior Product Manager for our Voice and Chat teams, you will help define and build the roadmap and user experience for our Voice and Chat features across FACEIT. You will work closely with our design, engineering and product marketing teams to provide a best-in-class communication experience for our users that elevates gameplay and fosters vibrant gaming communities through an engaging, and reliable platform that deepens player connections.

We are looking for someone with experience in product management, who is highly analytical and data-driven, customer-focused, team-oriented, and has a real bias for action. You will have a consistent track record of taking end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. You are comfortable working on roadmaps and visions but are not scared to get your hands dirty with the daily work of the team and are a great individual contributor.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, both existing and potential.
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative user research to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
  • Lead in defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and supporting metrics required to deliver on new features and experiences for both Chat and Voice.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product marketing to build experiences that delight users.
  • Drive projects, product, and feature launches with other teams.
  • Utilize data analytics to prioritize features, measure success, and iterate on product improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Requirements

So, what are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in a technology or gaming environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research and discovery.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and development, with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Experience prioritizing features effectively based on user insights, business context and data.
  • A passion for gaming and esports.
