Senior Product Manager - UK

Epassi are growing and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager. The role is based in our UK office in Burgess Hill, West Sussex (We work hybrid, but this role does require at least 50% office time)

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible of discovery processes for employer for merchant services and Epassi internal services
• Responsible for business case analysis for merchant facing services and Epassi internal product development
• Prioritizes product development based on analysis with the Product Owners
• Maintains product development portfolio in merchant facing services and Epassi internal development areas
• Maintains roadmap together with the Product Owners
• Sets the main KPIs in the her/his responsibility area
• Develops and improves product management processes
• Contributes to product strategy
• Coaches and mentors Product Owners
• Line manages Product Owners
• Required Qualifications
• At least 6 years of Product Management experience
• Proven track record in managing successful products, preferably multimarket products
• Good understanding of finance processes and finance product development
• Good understanding of product discovery
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Business oriented, analytical and problem solving oriented mindset
• Strong ability to lead a team through influence and inspiration
• Few years of line management experience preferred

Relationship with other functions

• Close relationship with all business units especially merchant teams
• Close relationship with finance team
• Close relationship with marketing team
