Senior Product Manager, Revenue

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Bumble product team to look after revenue management and growth. In this role, you will be focused on revenue growth through iterating on existing features and innovating on new monetisation levers, while balancing the user experience - using data and customer insights to drive decisions that optimise the health of the ecosystem.

This role will be reporting into the Director of Product and based in London.

What You'll Do

    • Develop product vision, strategy, and execution plan for optimising revenue growth on Bumble
    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, pricing, business analytics, marketing, CRM, and research teams on revenue growth opportunities
    • Influence various stakeholders and leadership to manage their expectations and build consensus on priorities leading to product execution
    • Ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritising according to value
    • Question user behaviour, and analyse data to find answers. Identify opportunities, and be able to adapt to change and new information
    • Identify and obsess over appropriate product performance metrics to optimise impact through data-driven decision making

Experience We Are Looking For

    • 4+ years of product management experience working on a consumer product, with strong mobile DNA
    • Specific experience of building a consumer product at millions of users scale, with experiencing managing and growing revenue targets
    • Experience interfacing with exec-level stakeholders in a large B2C business

    • Time management is your strength and you know how to effectively manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces
    • You have a strong knowledge of A/B testingYou have experience driving revenue growth through product development and have a deep understanding of monetisation strategies and levers
    • You are data-literate and data-informed, but also highly mission-driven and can confidently make value based product decisions
    • You have demonstrated experience working on multiple initiatives concurrently You have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritising according to value
