Senior Product Manager, Mobile Platform

We are seeking a Product Manager to work with our Mobile Foundations team to improve engineering effectiveness by providing the mobile apps engineers with industry standard, highly reliable and fit for purpose development, deployment and quality control frameworks, tools, services and integrations.
This role is responsible for up to two teams in the Mobile Platform group ensuring a balanced backlog between improving app performance and improvements to delight our mobile engineering customers.
The person stepping into this role will be responsible for product improvements to ensure engineering autonomy in using frameworks, libraries, tools, and practices shared across Bumble Inc.
This person - as with other members of Mobile Platform - will additionally serve as an expert consultant driving best mobile engineering practices across all teams, and championing platform product thinking to drive effectiveness of consumer facing teams to quickly deliver value to the end users.

What You'll Do
- Iterate on, execute against, and maintain a well-prioritised, holistic product roadmap for mobile platform quality initiatives, in alignment with engineering managers
- Translate mobile engineering insights into problems to solve for engineering teams to provide a best-in-class engineering experience transparently
- Synthesise data from many sources in decision making, and additionally understand the limits of data driven decision making; drill into data daily with an understanding of the relationship between your product area and the core levers that suggest both wins and also gaps
- Communicate product plans, analytical insights, and progress to internal stakeholders. Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and operations colleagues to across Bumble Inc. products to bring improvements to life.
- Collate, analyse, and identify opportunities from customer feedback data points- both qualitative and quantitative. Review, provide, and deliver product ideas, including new features and large scale initiatives. Work with the cross-functional team to leverage world-class technologies which power our developer products. Work with the mobile chapter to understand and prioritise and ship improvements across the Bumble ecosystem.

Experience We Are Looking For
- Experience working on the development of developer tools, products, and services. Direct experience working on and familiarity with engineering performance and reliability metrics and methodologies
- Track record of earning trust and influencing across a technology organisation in close partnership with engineering
- Strong knowledge of appropriate performance metrics and a background in data-driven decision making
- Hands-on experience in balancing long-term innovation and short-term improvements
- Demonstrable interest and/or understanding of the social discovery or dating industries
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
